PATCH TEST POLICY
TREATMENTS THAT REQUIRE A PATCH TEST A MINIMUM OF 24'HOUR PRIOR ARE

PATCH TESTS CAN BE BOOKED ONLINE AND TAKE 5 MINUTES TO COMPETE.
TREATMENTS CAN NOT BE DONE WITHOUT A PATCH TEST BEING CARRIED OUT BY THE BEAUTY CLUB DUE TO INSURANCE.
ANY PRIOR PATCH TESTS AT OTHER SALONS ARE VOID.

Late arrival policy
we kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for their appointment.
• for short appointments (15–30 minutes), arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in the appointment being forfeited, as there is insufficient time to safely and effectively carry out the treatment.
• for longer appointments, arriving 10–15 minutes late may result in the appointment being shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability.
in all cases, late arrival may mean we are unable to proceed, as this would impact treatment quality and subsequent clients.
Cancellations and no shows
• a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the booking fee.
• a new booking fee will be required to secure any future appointments.
Booking fee policy
the booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable and is charged for the reservation of appointment time.
as your appointment time is specifically allocated to you, we are unable to refill this slot at short notice. for this reason, booking fees will be retained in the event of:
late arrival resulting in missed appointment
no-show
cancellation within 24 hours

we are a small business and understand that genuine emergencies can happen.
